As you are probably already aware, to prevent unwanted (spam) email many Internet Service Providers (ISP's) block messages from senders whose email addresses are not in the your address book and/or trusted senders list. Other ISPs and some personal computer applications redirect these emails into a "junk/pending-approval" folder, either on the email server or on your PC. To ensure our messages reach you, it's a good idea to add us to your address book and, where available, to your trusted sender list. It should take only a few minutes. With any luck, you've done this before!
If you are new to us (we haven't yet tried to send you an email), you will have to add our email address(es) manually. If we've sent you an email that wound up in a junk or pending-approval folder, your task may be even easier.
Because there are hundreds of combinations of ISPs and personal computer software, we can't show exact "how to" examples of all the combinations. But generally the steps are the same for all combinations. If you've never done this before, feel free to call your in-house or ISP technical support and ask them to assist you. After all, that's what they're there for!
