Curl lashes with our Japonesque Eyelash Curler first, holding wand horizontal at upper lash line, concentrate mascara at the root or base of the lash and wiggle as you sweep up and outward for a thick, beautiful lash. Apply 2 coats, none on the bottom lashes for you ladies on TV!!!
