Apply with the Colour Basis "Hide It" Concealer brush.  Using a small amount apply THIN layer starting at lash line fading up to brow bone using short, feathery strokes. The key to this product is not to over use it. If you put too much on it's awful and you'll hate it; just the right amount and you will be hooked! Be sure not to miss the inner corner which tends to stay dark.  Viola!  You are ready for shadow application…make sure you "press" your first layer of shadow into the base. Since it is a creme, it needs to grab the shadow and then it works like a magnet to keep your shadows on longer.
