Apply gel liner with our "Frame It" brush using short, feathery, overlapping strokes for an easy, beautiful application. For a softer look, once the initial line is on, pinch off any colour left on brush with tissue and go back to soften the hard edge of the liner by using soft upward strokes to blur the line. This is the technique I use on most television applications.
