Apply Colour Basis Waterproof Eye liner to eye lid just above and/or below lash lines using short feathery strokes for easy application.  For a more defined lash look, put on inside rim of upper lid! You can set your liner with a powder shadow for no smudge, super-long wear using either the Colour Basis "Soften It" Lining brush or "Frame It" Angled Lining brush and a dark eye shadow.
