The powder is colourless and goes on all skin tones from the lightest to the darkest and is designed specifically to knock out shine. The best method of application is to apply with our Cotton Tail brush ,press the brush lightly into the powder and use a "press and roll" motion to apply on skin. The idea is for it to "attach" to shiny skin, oil or makeup to matte out shine. If you apply too much, you can buff off with the Cotton Tail brush as well. Also used with Airbrush Makeup.
